Project: Development of Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Policies

Description: I’ve worked with the staff and Board of the CSRC to develop Standard Operating Procedures and Internal Policies for the Center. I’ve done so through a systems assessment of internal documents, interviews, and analysis of peer institutions in order to identify and articulate central procedures and policies on Leadership, Organizational Partnerships, and Maintenance of Data. These Standard Operating Procedures will help the Center lean into this next iteration of their amazing work by providing clarity around roles, responsibilities, and internal processes. They will also provide a tangible document that can be re-imagined and re-articulated in the coming years when the Center reaches its next stage of growth.
Deliverables:
- Internal Systems Assessment of current articulated and ad-hoc procedures
- Standard Operating Procedures with emphasis on Leadership, Organizational Partnerships, and Maintenance of Data
- Recommendations for future Procedural and Policy Needs
